Harvest time is one of the best times to visit Napa Valley. The growers are busy harvesting their grapes which is the start to their own wine production. The flavorful grapes which produced some of the world’s finest wines are gently pulled from the vines and meticulously taken and prepared for primary ferment. It is quite the process and wine makers always enjoy talking with visitors about their wine making process. Come for a few days and experience the close of the 2011 harvest.
